Todd Robinson appeals the circuit courts restitution order entered after he pleaded guilty to (1) making an improper lane change, a class B misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Ann. ร§ 41-6-61(1) (1988); and (2) failing to remain at the scene of an accident resulting in an injury, a class A misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Ann. ร§ 41-6-29 (1988). We reverse.
